Zeppy Outdoor Speaker

Zeppy is a consumer electronics brand headquartered in Vienna, Austria, specializing in the design and manufacturing of outdoor waterproof speakers. As early as 2015, Zeppy’s R&D team began developing this type of product. However, after two unsuccessful collaborations with other companies, they were eventually referred to us by an industry contact—an introduction that helped bring their project back on track.
After gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s previous development experience, we identified several key reasons for the earlier failures:
1. A lack of experience in electronic product development on the part of the previous partners;
2. Poor communication marked by impatience and a lack of professionalism;
3. An overall absence of mature product development capabilities.
Upon taking over the project, our team responded quickly by analyzing the client’s requirements and proposing practical, tailored solutions. We coordinated two highly capable factories to collaborate on the project:
The first factory was responsible for the design and development of the electronic modules;
The second factory focused on the manufacturing of internal molds.
After undergoing strict quality inspections, both components were shipped by our professional logistics team to Zeppy’s assembly facility in Europe. This ensured seamless integration and helped Zeppy achieve its goal of “Made in Europe.”

KanexPro Commercial AV Products

KanexPro is a commercial audio-visual system brand headquartered in Los Angeles, USA, dedicated to providing high-quality AV solutions for enterprise clients. The company primarily relies on OEM production in China for its product manufacturing.
Since 2018, we have been working closely with KanexPro to identify and connect with qualified manufacturers in China, supporting their product development and production efforts. Prior to our collaboration, KanexPro had to communicate directly with factories, but due to time zone differences, language barriers, and cultural gaps in work practices, the product development process was frequently delayed and communication was inefficient. Additionally, their team often had to travel to China to resolve minor issues, significantly increasing operational costs.
Through more than a year of close cooperation, we successfully established a mature and reliable supply chain system for KanexPro. This significantly improved product development efficiency and resolved major issues such as poor communication, unstable lead times, and disorganized logistics. As a result, KanexPro gained a solid foundation for its sales and after-sales operations in the U.S., effectively eliminating their previous concerns.

Smart Airbag System

During the development of a new-generation intelligent airbag by a well-known airbag manufacturer, the project team encountered significant challenges in sourcing key electronic components, struggling to secure stable supply channels and reliable lead times.
Leveraging our strong capabilities in integrating domestic and international supply chain resources, our company established a stable and cost-effective procurement channel for the client. We ensured timely access to brand-new, original electronic components, which significantly reduced development time and improved overall efficiency—providing solid support for the successful advancement of the project.
